P.I.C. FG Series - Formulated to meet USDA and FDA
specs
P.I.C. FG Series is a white opaque weather and ultraviolet resistant PVC plastic
designed for both outdoor and indoor use. It has good fabricating properties and
excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays, chemicals, weathering, rust and
corrosion. In addition to excellent low-flame-spread properties, it also
provides an unmatched insulation value due to its high resistance to heat or
cold transfer.
Pre-shaped thicknesses
All P.I.C. Series pipe insulation jacketing are pre-shaped to the outside
diameter of the insulation system. Pre-shaped insulation jacketing includes
straight-line pipe insulation as well as the insulated fitting shapes (ells, tees,
valves, caps, etc.). P.I.C. FG Series is available in two standard
thicknesses: P.I.C FG 20 (20 mil thick) and P.I.C. FG 30 (28 mil
thick). P.I.C FG 20 and FG 30 are also available in rolled form
with or without a curl for large diameters of insulated pipes, tanks and
vessels.

FG Series details
P.I.C. FG Series is an excellent choice for use in the food
industry. It is simple to install and when hermetically sealed
with P.I.C. Welding Adhesive, creates a barrier that meets FDA and USDA
standards. Easy maintenance and resistance to washdowns and
denting make it economical for long-term usage.
